Elizabeth H. R. Osterberger was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She has been living in Savannah, GA after graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2001 with a BFA in photography. After graduating, she worked for SCAD in the College Publications department as a staff photographer and photo archivist. In 2004 she decided to quit working there and start up her own photography business.

Elizabeth has always had an interest in photography. When she was in elementary school she won two awards in photo contests with a photo she took of former President Jimmy Carter and also a photo of a sunset on Fripp Island, SC. In high school, she really fell in love with making pictures after her father taught her how to develop black and white photos in their basement darkroom.

She feels that photos are priceless reminders of today’s memories and is honored to be able to capture these images so that her clients can look back fondly on times of the past.

Lizard Eye Photography is the new name of “Elizabeth Raley Photography.” Elizabeth was married in 2007 to her wonderful husband, Glen and decided to change the name of the business due to her new last name!
